Equipment for transporting turnouts on railway or road vehicle platform


The equipment has been developed to transport entire turnouts.

It is operated by a diesel generator provided by us.

There is no need for any other source of power.

The equipment can be mounted onto the platform of a flat freight wagon or of a flatbed truck.

System for rail handling and storage


This rail transporting and storing platform/vehicle is provided with wheels so it can be moved by a forklift to the required place. By means of an automatic connection device the forklift can easily be connected to the transporting and storing platform.

Transverse conveyor for feeding rails for processing


Open air transverse conveyor that transfers the rails laterally one by one onto a roller conveyor system that transports the rails into the workshop building.

Roller conveyor with variable frequency drive


A system of roller conveyors to perform handling tasks for the 400 ton rail bending machine. The lateral roller conveyor is used to store the rails and move them laterally. The driven rollers are controlled by frequency inverter.

The variable frequency drive allows to set the correct speed and the right acceleration and deceleration phases.

By means of the frequency inverters it is possible to set the accelerating phase at start and the decelerating phase at stop in order to ensure the required moving speed of the rail.

The rail laid onto its side can be conveyed by the roller conveyor to the drilling machine. Due to the hydraulic setting possibility of the supporting roller the conveyor can be used for all rail types.

The roller conveyor moves the rails turned onto their head to the processing machine. By accurate setting of the lateral guide rollers each rail type can be guided exactly and symmetrically. The elements of the equipment can be lifted out and put back to their place by crane.

Rail foot drilling machine


Performance of the drilling machine: 20 kW.
The automatically positioning pressing heads approach and fix the rail foot from all directions, assuring the fix position of the rail during the drilling process.
There is one drilling tool in the machine fixed in a ISO 50 cone.

Hydraulic milling machine with 180° indexing


The indexing machine can invert the work piece in 180° upon a sign coming from the NC control, thus it allows symmetric processing in both sides.

Equipment for clamping long rails for machining


This equipment is used for clamping rails during different cutting processes. The equipment can clamp one or two rails at the same time. It can be installed on the table of a planer or a milling machine.

Sound-proof grinding cabin with air filtering equipment


Sound-proof grinding cabin equipped with filtering and exhausting system for rail processing. The cabin is provided with an exhausting equipment returning fresh air into the work space through a filtering system. The quality of the filtered air is continuously checked.

Drilling and sawing CNC machining centre for long rails


The basic machine is a Burkhardt-Weber NC machining centre transformed specifically to this task. Maximum rail length: 32 m.

350 ton rail straightening press


Rail straightening press with roller conveyor system designed according to the requirements of the client and the experiences gained by us.

Horizontal straightening force: 350 tons.

Rail twisting machine


The equipment eliminates the torsion defects of the rail. With this equipment it is easy to carry out torsion straightening of UIC60 rails too. The twisting force is ensured by 2 hydraulic cylinders. The machine has to be installed in a special concrete foundation.

Rail twisting machine


This torsion straightening machine can eliminate torsion defects of rails. The 250 kN torsional moment is ensured by 2 hydraulic cylinders. The whole weight of the machine is 6000 kg, and as it has crane eyes in its exact centre of gravity it can be moved easily to any work place by crane.

Press transformation


Transformation of a 3500 kN rail straightening press without its disassembly. A 3,5-fold increase has been achieved in the quick approaching speed of the press by adding a special hydraulic system and without changing the hydraulic power supply unit.

Hydraulic weld deburring machine


The machine can remove the hot welding burr from the rail within 30 seconds after the end of the welding process.

The machine can remove the hot welding burr from the rail within 30 seconds after the end of the welding process. Due to its special design it can work in narrow places too, so it is suitable for deburring manganese steel crossings too.

The machine is under further development. It will be able to automatically change tools for different rail types.

 

Demagnetizing car


The task of the machine is to demagnetize welded rails or manganese steel crossings on the spot after the welding.
The machine is capable to demagnetize the work piece put onto the machine and surrounded by coil in its full length or in local impulse mode. Before the demagnetizing head reaches a rail support the support descends in order to let the demagnetizing head pass by and after the passing-by it ascends to its supporting position.

Supporting and clamping car to the rail welding equipment


It is used to the rail welding equipment for clamping and positioning the rails. After the welding process it keeps the work piece clamped till the end of the ulterior machining process.

Heat treating furnace with process control


The furnace is used for stress release of nickel transitions welded on the rail ends.
