The task of the machine is to demagnetize welded rails or manganese steel crossings on the spot after the welding.
The machine is capable to demagnetize the work piece put onto the machine and surrounded by coil in its full length or in local impulse mode. Before the demagnetizing head reaches a rail support the support descends in order to let the demagnetizing head pass by and after the passing-by it ascends to its supporting position.
It is used to the rail welding equipment for clamping and positioning the rails. After the welding process it keeps the work piece clamped till the end of the ulterior machining process.

Transverse traction system is suitable for servicing roller conveyors.
This solution is able to sort rails up to 25m long, load them on the roller conveyor and deposit them on demand with a gap, thus supporting the constant supply of rails to the production machines according to the production needs. The system is fully automatic, the operator of the production equipment can operate it with the necessary safety of work.
40m roller conveyor for the outfeed side of the machining line, with lifting equipment, cross-drawing units for the manipulation of 25m long rails.
The machined rail is moved out of the machining equipment, set to the position corresponding to the finished length, lifted off the roller conveyor and hauled out of the safety space at ground level for cutting, so that the machining time is not disturbed by the crane time. 15 rails can be deposited side by side on the draglines.
The variable frequency drive allows to set the correct speed and the right acceleration and deceleration phases.
The roller conveyor moves the rails turned onto their head to the processing machine. By accurate setting of the lateral guide rollers each rail type can be guided exactly and symmetrically. The elements of the equipment can be lifted out and put back to their place by crane.
The machine group, consisting of two roller tables, is used to serve the rail welding machine and to support and move the rail rods and manganese intermediate sections. The roller support tables, located on the left and right sides of the welding machine, have a fine vertical adjustment of +/- 100 mm from the nominal working level, the upper level of the rollers of the support tables being set to a working height of the welding machine of 1000 mm.
